In response to the national strategic deployment of comprehensively revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, the company has invested in the construction of 1 million tons of centrifugal ductile graphite cast pipe project and 3.2 million tons of coking project with an annual output while carrying out technical transformation of the original blast furnace, sintering and other equipment. Among them, Liaoning Jingdong Pipe Co., LTD. 1 million tons of ductile iron pipe project phase I project is water-cooled DN80-DN400 small pipe production line, phase II project water-cooled DN400-DN1200 medium and large pipe production line, the project adopts blast furnace + medium frequency induction furnace + centrifugal casting pipe + spray magnesium spheroidization short process casting process, which is the best process for the production of ductile iron pipe. With many advantages such as energy saving, emission reduction and cost reduction, it has been completed and put into operation.
The 3.2 million ton coking project mainly constructs 4×68 hole ZHJL7.3 type top loading and ramming dual-purpose coke oven and supporting comprehensive production facilities such as chemical production and waste heat utilization, which will create 3,000 new jobs for Yixian County and increase the annual output value of 9 billion yuan, effectively leading the rapid development of the county economy. The project produces 3.2 million tons of dry quenching coke, and the by-product steam is used for waste heat power generation in summer, with an annual power generation of 5.71×108 degrees; In winter, the heat source provided by heat exchange can provide heat source for about 2 million square meters of residential buildings and enterprises in the park in Yixian City, so as to accelerate the elimination progress of coal-fired boilers in Yixian County, which has good environmental and economic benefits.
