Hebei Jingdong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and is located in the High-tech Development Zone of Qian 'an City. It is affiliated to the Steel and Metallurgy Division of Hebei Xinda Group and is the largest manufacturer of pig iron and cast pipes in North China, integrating the production and manufacturing of pig iron for casting, centrifugal ductile iron pipes and cast iron parts. The company currently has over 1,200 employees. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, and a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprise in Hebei Province.

The company attaches great importance to the construction of the brand management system and has successively passed the five major system certifications including the quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, energy management system, and measurement management system, and has obtained the enterprise credit rating certificate (AAA level). Adhering to technological research and development and innovation-driven development, we have obtained over 70 independent intellectual property rights. Our production line adopts the "short process" casting technology encouraged by the state, that is, the molten iron from the blast furnace is directly fed into the medium-frequency furnace, and the cast pipes are produced through advanced automated control processes such as heating, quenching and tempering, pouring, annealing, finishing, pressure testing, coating, and curing. These pipes feature high strength, good toughness, and corrosion resistance. It has the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection and low cost.

Rich product range and leading quality
The company's products cover the full range of ductile iron pipe series from DN80mm to 2600mm. It has obtained the "Hygiene License for Domestic Products Involving Drinking Water Safety in Hebei Province" and the CNAS Metallurgical Product MC certification certificate. It is the only cast pipe enterprise in Hebei Province, apart from Xinxing Cast Pipe, to have obtained these two certificates. It has become the preferred pipe material for pressure water transmission pipelines and is applied in large-scale projects such as the Yangtze River Protection Project, the water supply network in the northwest of Liaoning Province, and the Tangshan Qingshui Runcheng Project. It has been listed by Xiongan New Area as a "designated municipal buried pipe material manufacturing enterprise" and is exported to North China, East China, and countries such as Bangladesh and Yemen. Selected as an enterprise on the "white List" of key industrial chains and supply chains, it has been awarded certificates and titles such as "National Quality and Integrity Benchmark Enterprise", "National Leading Quality Enterprise in the Foundry Industry", and "National Quality Inspection Stable and Qualified Product".

Green development · Low-carbon and environmental protection
The company adheres to green and low-carbon development. It is an A-level environmental performance enterprise, A national-level green factory, and a national AAA-level tourist attraction. It proactively conducts environmental protection construction and governance in accordance with stricter national standards. It has invested over 80 million yuan to build five closed material sheds with a total area of 45,600 square meters, and is equipped with fog cannons, spray dust suppression, dry fog dust suppression facilities, as well as vacuum trucks, sweeping trucks, and water sprinklers. The exit of the material shed is equipped with wheel and body cleaning devices, effectively curbing unorganized emissions. It was the first in Hebei Province to install outdoor dust suppression equipment with advanced domestic dust suppression technology. The production line is equipped with advanced environmental protection facilities and equipment, and all pollution emission indicators have reached the advanced level of the industry.
